  • Holiday Delays: During sales or holidays (e.g., Black Friday), processing can take 10-12 business days.
  • Responsibility: Raw Radiant Co is not responsible for lost items, courier delays, or packages marked as delivered. Customers should contact USPS or UPS for claims on insured packages.
  • Address Mismatch: Shipping and billing addresses must match, or the order may be held for review. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for additional shipping fees.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Quality Control: All extensions are co-washed and inspected before shipping.
  • No Returns: Returns are not accepted, but exchanges are offered if the hair remains in its natural state (e.g., uncut, uncolored).
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are liable for any damage caused by improper care (e.g., over-bleaching).
  • Shipping Fees: Customers must cover shipping fees for exchange orders.

Cancellation/Modification Policy:

  • No Cancellations or Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Customers should double-check order details before finalizing.
